We prepared a feasibility assessment for a new Collection Store on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast. The project featured:
- Definition of the problem / case for change (workshops)
- Definition of a Functional Brief (same workshops)
- Development of options (eg. potential locations on a site visit)
- Assessment of options and choose one (Multi Variant Analysis as a high-level feasibility)
- Development of the Proposal and Conceptual Design
- Development of Draft Feasibility (including costs, visitor and financial forecasts and economic benefits, risk analysis) client feedback, finalise
